HOW TO SELL YOUR HOME - CONSULTATION 1 1/2 - 2 HRS.

We do a careful, complete walk-through of the property on this initial consultation meeting with the Homeowner and Real Estate Agent, if possible.

We will help you with the following, and hopefully help take some of the stress out of selling your home.

WALK-THROUGHS

WE GIVE DETAILED IDEAS ON HOW TO IMPROVE:

  •  Curb appeal includes front and backyard maintence and simple landscaping ideas.
  •  Front porch and entry (first impression).
  •  Assess the home for necessary cleaning.
  •  Assess the home for neutralizing, repairs and upgrades. Determine if money needs to be spent for maximum return on your investment.
  •  Define areas to be de-cluttered and de-personalized.
  •  Visually enlarge crowded spaces.
  •  Create focal points.
  •  Improve traffic flow.
  •  Redefine spaces if necessary.
  •  Enhance positive features & distract from any negative features by properly placing furniture, lighting, art and accessories.
  •  Apply basic principles & elements of design to create a warm and inviting environment.
  •  Determine things that need to be removed and packed away.
  •  If desired, help with packing.
